Thank you so much for your inquiry about our kids and birthday parties. All of our casts are available to do parties whether for birthdays, corporate bring your kids to work days, holiday parties, camps, or extra entertainment for your event. They love performing for parties!
How
many can come?
We hold up to 46 regularly, up to 55 with some chairs added to the aisle. At times, little ones like to sit up front on the floor. Most of the younger party guests and of course the birthday kid will be invited to be on stage at various times throughout the show, so there may be lots of up and down in our seats. We also have wheelchair accessibility in the theatre and in the new restroom.
Guests
will all get seating first. Parents of
our cast members are always allowed to be in the theatre while their child is
performing, but they are all aware how much fun these parties can be, so they
know they do not have seats until the party guests have been given seats.

Tickets for our shows are normally $8 per person, young or old, because everyone has a great time. We do not charge children 2 years of age or younger. Our group rates apply to our party rates. 6 people in a party reduces the cost to $7 per person. 12 people in your party reduces the rate to $6 per person. 18 people and up have the reduced rate of $5 per person. If there are more than 18 people in your party, you are given the theatre for your guests ½ before the show begins. We will not charge you to come in a half an hour before your guests arrive to set up the lobby and decorate. We will not charge you the time it takes you to gather your decorations and gifts when you’re leaving.
If you require longer than an 1 ½ of party time before or after the show, it is an extra $100 fee every half hour. If you have less than 18 people in your party and want more than the show time (1 hour) for a party, it is an extra $100 fee every half hour.
The public will not be invited to attend the Giggle Gaggle Show if your guests are more than 35 in number as a courtesy to the public and to your party.

Let’s talk food!?
Food and beverages are allowed in the theatre. Because this is special to most theatres in the area, we ask that you or your guests clean up their messes. Trash bags are available.
So this means, you can bring your own food and coolers in, order pizza, or pass out popcorn or snack bags.
The cake can be served before or after, but the birthday song will be sung at the end of the show by the cast and audience with the birthday kid on stage. You may wish to bring the lighted cake up on stage at the time for that Kodak moment.
Next door to the Raven Playhouse
is the JC Grill, open Saturdays only, but offers a nice selection of foods and
seat 25 people comfortably. They are

On the North Side of the Raven is Tokyo Delves, Rock n’ Roll Sushi, which is a total blast for after show fun. It’s loud, and the food is delicious. It is only open in the evenings and never on Sunday. Teenagers and adults will appreciate this place more. We don’t recommend it for small children.
Other restaurants within walking distance are:

All the above but Little Caesar’s on Magnolia and Cahuenga offers the best deal $5 per large pizza!
Arrangements can be made for you for the cost of the food and an extra charge for set up and delivery. This service is dependent upon the menu you've chosen and the how many are to be served. You are more than welcome to make your own arrangements and use the lobby for serving it. Since we provide snacks and drinks to our regular public, food and drinks are welcome in the theatre once the house is open. The public will not be invited to attend the Giggle Gaggle Show if your guests are more than 35 in number as a courtesy to the public and to your party.
Most of our performers have rehearsals and will use some of their rehearsal time for your party time. I hope this has answered all of your questions, and if you'd like to ask anymore, please do not hesitate to email us again or call.
