Description
All things comedy, sketch, stand-up, characters, improv etc.  A fun way for kids of all levels to get up on stage and build confidence for the future.  Our encouraging style of teaching is designed to nurture the creative side using the tools of comedy.  Plus kids build ownership and confidence by having the opportunity to perform in the weekly show at 2 which is open to the public. 25% percent of the door goes back to the performers.

Objective

Joy builds confidence through team-work, love, and laughter, in a safe, creative, and fun environment. Joy teaches all aspects of comedy including: improv, sketch, characters, stand-up, music and more. Members perform in a working theatre, learning and doing all aspects of "what it takes" tput on a live theatrical show.
